Cosplay : Puella Magi Madoka★Magica – Madoka Kaname (part 1)

Hello everyone. :)

I'm officially on my holidays now and I have a month off. So woohoo to me! It's a time for me to rest and what not. Now, you may be wondering what is what the blog post title today... Well if you live in Melbourne then you may have heard or know what Manifest is and if you don't then check out the website. It's pretty much a cosplay (costume play) convention being held in Melbourne every year  around August. This is my 4th or 5th year attending the convention and I'm planning to go as Madaka Kaname (鹿目 まどか). So a little bit about her... She was born on the 3th of October and is currently 14 years old. She is less than 150cm tall (4'11") and is blood type A.

Isn't she just cute? Hehehe. *^^*

I have two types of lens that I was am deciding on but not sure which one looks better... Which one do you think suits for her role? >_<  Enough about me blahing in your head. I did some trial make up for it. So please check it out! Please excuse the pink eye brows... She has pink hair hehehe. My friend is ordering the pink wig at the moment, so it should come in a few weeks. ^^

I'm sorry if I scare you with my freakish photos... Hahhahaa no BB cream or foundation or moisturiser or lip balm, what was I thinking??!?!!? You can see my freckles hehe. What type of Asian has freckles? Seriously. LOL but anyway enjoy~~

Teppanyaki Inn.

Happy 19th Birthday Kimchi! ♥

We went to Teppanyaki Inn to celebrate Kim's birthday which is located in Melbourne on Collins Street. What is teppanyaki though? "Teppanyaki" is a style of cooking in which the chef prepares various seafood's, cuts of beef, chicken and fresh vegetables in front of the customer and cooks by grilling on a large steel hotplate called a "teppan". In Japan "yaki" refers to ingredients that have been grilled, hence Teppanyaki.

I won't talk to much in this post because I thought I'd post up some photos what happened during the time and share it with you munchies.  Photos speak a thousand times much more better than just be rambling, so please enjoy! ^0^

Review — Mandom Beauty Barrier Repair Mask HA Super Moist

Origin: Japan
5 sheets
1 sheet = 27ml of essence

So the Mandom Beauty Barrier Repair Mask in "HA Super Moist" claims that it is gentle, super-hydrating with hyaluronic acid and collagen. No parabens, fragrance, or colouring and is also suitable for dry sensitive skin.

Wash your face with luke warm water, then put on this sheet mask for 10 to 15 minutes.
Do not rinse after removing the mask, rub in the remaining serum and then follow up with moisturiser.

See how much essences there is!?

I actually left this mask longer than it has been indicated on the packaging. I feel that I get more product out of it and I just like leaving it for a long period of them. I left the mask on for about 30-40mins. Though I think I'm not the only one that does this hehehee. The essences was like a clear liquid gel formula, which is not sticky and it kind of smelt like soybean milk? The smell isn't bad I can tolerate it. ^^ The mask is not too big which is good, therefore it fits my face nicely.

What's a plus side to this mask is that there is eye flaps!
So if you want you can either put it down or cover it over your eyes. How convenient! ^O^
After taking off the mask my skin feels really plump and soft just like a babies skin! ~_~ my skin is glowing at the moment ahhh I really like this mask hehehe.

10/10 Really great for people with dry/sensitive skin. Why? Because it contains Hyaluronic acid!!! This mask is absolutely hydrating!!!! It's got so much essences in a mask pack! I love it!!! Is a very important part in our body to moisturise the skin to hold. Hyaluronic acid also plays a very important role in maintaining the elasticity of the skin. The benefits of using hyaluronic acid in our skin is endless! It provides extra strength to the skin, increase the strength of our tissues, strengthens the connective tissue of our skin, the skin regains its natural elasticity, the wrinkles in the skin fading, very fine wrinkles disappear. So soak up that Hyaluronic acid everyone!

I hope this review is helpful and maybe you guys should give it a try!

Until the next post my little cuties.
Much love ♥ Phuongie.

Haul? & weekend. (*^^*)

Hello my little munchkins I hope you're all well! It's a Saturday night and I'm not out, having a quiet one for once. What are you all up to ey?

Yesterday I watched Hangover II with one of my close buddies: Crystal. We were deciding on whether we should watch X-men: First Class or Hangover II. We ended up watching Hangover II instead because neither one of us has watched any of the X-men series and were worried we wouldn't understand what the heck was going on in the movie! Super hilarious film similar to the first one but great for the laughs haha. While today I was out with my older brother and little sister, we ended up watching X-men. I was worried if I wouldn't understand the plot but I did. All I got to say is that this movie is fantastic! You got to check it out if you haven't! Seriously! The actor's, the story line, the filming and editing ahh man too good.

Okay enough about my semi weekend (since it's a long weekend *Friday-Monday*) here is my little clothes haul? I don't think it would be a haul... Compared to others this is probably one shopping trip for them LOL!

Just a faux fur, a skinny tan belt, a dress, two stockings,
a pair of white frilly ankle socks and black shorts.

Everything seems so dark/black! ;__; Getting the winter blues and having more black items. Personally I don't like wearing black much. It's so boring and plain. I'll only wear black if it has intricate details or if it is a basic item example: long sleeve top.

Well I'm going to post up some reviews and finish off transferring movies/dramas/anime to Crystal's hard drive!

How cute is her hard drive? LOLOL!
A book I'm currently reading, Just finished reading A Memoir Shanghai Tango by Jin Xing.
So here is a new book. Hahaha yes I still borrow books from libraries... ^__^
Hehehe okay until the next post my lovelies!
XOXO much love ♥ Phuongie.
